ABOUT ME

I'm dedicated to helping individuals find their purpose, manage anxiety and depression and work through challenges. My expertise in various techniques and my philosophy of non-judgmental and supportive counselling allows me to connect with my clients and help them grow.

EXPERTISE

I offer family therapy that focuses on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening  the familial bond. Additionally, I provide parenting support to help caregivers navigate the complexities of raising children in today's world, with a specific focus on the unique challenges face by black families. I provide a warm and engaging space for children and youth to explore their emotions, develop coping skills, and build resilience.

APPROACH

In my work with families, I emphasize the importance of creating a nurturing and communicative environment where each member feels head and understood. For children and youth I implement developmental appropriate interventions that helps young clients express themselves and process their experiences in a support environment.
