Service Description

Welcome! We are honoured that you have chosen us to walk along side you on your healing journey and would like to acknowledge your courage in taking the steps to reach out. To get you started in the process, the first step is to book your initial assessment.. In the case that you are unable to find a time that fits into your schedule, you're welcome to give us a call and we may be able to provide further options. Once your session has been booked you will receive documents to complete that will help us prepare for your session. Each assessment is unique to your individual needs. Our goal is to ensure safety, comfort, and and a felt sense of connection as the foundation of our work together. The initial assessment is typically 50 to 90 minutes based on your comfort level. During our time together some of the things we discuss include practice policy, your rights as a client, and address any questions or concerns you may have. With your consent we go over some questions to get to know you as we begin to build trust. Based on the information we gather, we review various treatment options with you so that you can make an informed decision as the expert, and inform us on how you would like to proceed.
