Every individual is unique, each with their own life story and relational contexts that define them. Working together will involve nurturing a calm, and non-judgmental space where we can initiate the exploration of emotions and foster deeper understanding and insights.
It is with great honour that you that the clients I support of have instilled their trust in allowing me the opportunity to guide them on a transformative journey towards healing and self-discovery.
Personal Growth & Healing

As a father himself, David understands the challenges that come with raising children and the significance of a healthy child-parent relationship.
Despite his many years of education and work experience, it wasn't until he had children of his own that he was really able to grasp what it was like to be a parent and the impact it can have on other significant relationships in his life.
In order to attend to the needs of his children and family, while also support other families like himself, David takes part of various self-care and reflective practices.

A key factor in being an effective therapist is being able to balance life, work, and relationships in a healthy way.
An important life lesson, that we've all likely heard before that in order to be there and assist others one must put themselves first. If we are unable to attend to our own needs it becomes extremely challenging to support others.
